Our team hosted our monthly coffee morning at our Swindon office, with this month dedicated to the Macmillan Coffee Morning to raise money for Macmillan cancer support. These informal gatherings take place on the first Tuesday of each month and have quickly become a valued opportunity for our team to connect. Employees volunteer to bake or bring items to share, creating a relaxed space to catch up, celebrate milestones, and highlight both professional achievements and personal life events. We also include a light puzzle activity to encourage interaction and make the morning fun for everyone. Since beginning these sessions in May, participation has continued to grow, and they have become a simple yet meaningful way for colleagues to spend time together.
