Travel + Leisure’s Post

"Where should I go next?" If there’s one question we hear more than any other, it’s this enduring ask. Thankfully, our staff is constantly on the move, exploring the world on assignment and on personal adventures, so we have more than a few opinions on the best places to travel now. For our 2026 Where to Go list, our staff vetted more than 100 nominees, with an eye to what makes a place worth visiting in the year ahead. Many of our 50 winners are places that were once difficult to reach but are becoming more accessible thanks to ambitious new infrastructure projects or increased service from airlines. And, of course major cultural events including the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the Winter Olympics, and America250 also factor into our picks. Whatever the motivation for your trips in the year ahead—an adrenaline rush, some blissed-out beach vibes, or full-on cultural immersion—we trust our latest list will help with more than a few answers to that eternal travel question. Love this! that question, “Where should I go next?”, really never gets old. At WanderVlogs, we’ve found that travelers are increasingly looking for firsthand perspectives — seeing a destination through the eyes of real people who’ve just been there. That’s why we built a platform that turns YouTube travel vlogs into trustworthy, searchable guides, each tip and place backed by video proof. We launched relatively recently, but we’ve already seen growing excitement from both travelers and creators who want more authentic, story-driven discovery. Would love to see WanderVlogs.com make the Travel + Leisure “must-have tools for travelers” list one day 🙂

🙋🏻♀️ Will happily sign on as a staffer that participates in this vetting process through in-depth research by ways of immersion and primary resourcing experiences.
