I started my career 27 yrs ago as a Telecom field technician, for the last 25 yrs I have moved into an Operation, Customer, and/or Logistics Sr. Project/Program Manager Role. I have also done Process Assessment, Development and Improvement along with Risk Assessment a& Management. I have focused on being that Point of Contact that a customer/client trusts, and returns to with more business, by providing the best customer service without sacrificing quality or integrity. I have used a multitude of different business tools such as but not limited to Wrike, Jira, MSProject, to organize teams, logistics, and create Flow, Gantt, and Program charts to meet, track, & report project goals to all levels of Stakeholders. My high-level organizational skills have been used across-departmental & C-level meetings, where I have reported to Shareholders and Board of Directors.  Over 20 yrs working in Telecom services w/ detailed writing skills w/ BRD's, SRD's, ARD's, TRD's for Business management & ASR's, TSR's. TSP knowledge of LAN/WAN hardware components, Data Center Operations, Build-outs, & Migrations.
