🚧 Foothill Boulevard Improvement Project Update 🚧 You’ll notice intermittent lane closures along Foothill Boulevard between Euclid and Benson over the next 4–5 weeks as our crews complete concrete repairs and begin work on planned water-system upgrades. This project is designed in multiple phases to keep the workflow efficient and cost-effective. By tackling the underground improvements first, we can avoid disturbing newly paved asphalt later — and ensure a smooth, beautifully finished boulevard when the work wraps up.
