UPS, please check out the UPS branch in Poznan, Poland. Read reviews of their service on Google. They're all negative. I encountered your absolutely terrible service yesterday. Your company doesn't fulfill its obligations to deliver packages. The courier delivered the package twice, and no one was home, which is not true. The courier didn't call or try to contact me. The courier didn't show up, or you're using ghost couriers. You can easily verify this information if you'd like. I can provide the tracking number. It's impossible to contact your company; customer support doesn't respond, and written requests are ignored. I requested in writing (I contacted customer support on the UPS website) the courier's contact information, left the package at the nearest UPS location so I could pick it up myself, and asked that the package not be sent back. These requests were also ignored. At the end of the second day in Poznan, the package was sent to the seller in Italy. I don't understand how your company can conduct business with such an attitude toward its customers.
Since one shipment was returned to sender and now the second one FIGHTING to get some help and answers from UPS, I would say don't us UPS because I have worked equipment sent 11/24 STILL NOT received, can't get anyone to provide answers and help to get my work equipment shipped twice now through UPS! 😡🤬
