Digital Public Services Plan 2040

Digital Public Services Plan 2040

Minster Jack Chambers launched the Digital Public Services Plan 2030 at the Public Service Transformation Conference in November .

The Plan sets out Ireland’s roadmap to fully digitalise key public services by 2030, ensuring that 100% of these services are available online and 90% of applicable services are accessed digitally. This is a flagship initiative under the Better Public Services transformation strategy, reflecting Government’s commitment to delivering services that are joined-up by design, digitally enabled and inclusive by default.
