Transforming the Way the World Works Through the Power of Connection

Transforming the Way the World Works Through the Power of Connection

✨Welcome to the latest edition of the LinkedIn Life Newsletter! ✨

Each month, we bring you the inside scoop on all things LinkedIn, including our culture, the work we do, events, news, and some of our latest job openings.

Now more than ever, your network is a superpower!

LinkedIn’s latest research confirms what many of us have felt all along: in a world increasingly shaped by AI, human connection still leads the way. Our networks, not search engines or algorithms, are our most trusted source for opportunity.

“In this moment, tech matters—but a strong and trusted network matters more,” says LinkedIn’s Chief Economist, Karin Kimbrough

Building on that, Aneesh Raman, LinkedIn’s Chief Economic Opportunity Officer, adds that “every time you start a conversation [on LinkedIn], ask a question, connect with a peer, or follow someone who inspires you, you’re tapping into something essential — your network.”

This month’s issue of LinkedIn Life explores how our teams are building spaces, tools, and initiatives that help the world's professionals connect meaningfully and grow confidently.

We invite you to explore the stories, reflect on your own network, and consider: Who in your network has helped you take the next step in your career?

Lessons in Growth from LinkedIn’s Interns

Every summer, interns join LinkedIn and quickly become part of the team. They ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions, and bring new energy to how we work. This year was no different.

Their reflections remind us that growth often starts with curiosity, a willingness to take risks, and the ability to build meaningful connections. It’s the same mindset we encourage across LinkedIn—and seeing it in action through our interns is a powerful reminder of what’s possible.

Here are a few lessons they’ve shared.

➡️ In her first month as a Growth Marketing Intern, Nicoletta picked up three valuable lessons: be clear and brief for better communication, start with data, and it’s not just what you say, but how easily your audience can understand it.

➡️ Social Impact Intern Kaila takes us behind the scenes of a joint event with the Boys and Girls Club of the Peninsula, where participants shared career goals and aspirations and had a chance to understand different perspectives about the world of work.

➡️ Godfrey, a Social Media Marketing Intern walks us through how to share your story and network with confidence in a 30-second elevator pitch inside the Empire State Building: start with a quick intro, dive into your roles and responsibilities, and end with what you love about your job.

limit of the knowledge of the humans It means it needs human skills to solve their problems Called encoding and decoding Every branch of science has very deep infinite fruitful knowledge It means the knowledge of AI is incomplete or wrong Today the whole world talent level is maximum 2 percent for few people and majority of the people have 0.5 present My science of life and soul helps you to increase your wisdom to discover more additional knowledge in other branches of science My science of life and soul helps you to make your health, family and professional life the most better than present Because it helped you to keep away from problems and serious diseases I love my science because it helped me to make my worst life better to the best to increase my wisdom to become the very best version of myself It means I was living a hidden life but today the people of the whole world know me as their teacher and coach The teacher means he is the only the smartest person in the room or the whole world Because his concept about the subject is the most clear than his students It means my sharing knowledge is not present in any book, on Google, in the syllabus of the PhD, or in AI But it justifies and proves

Connection is the real power here. Titles, roles, and platforms shift, but the relationships we build are what transform careers and industries. Thanks for highlighting how LinkedIn keeps that front and center.
