Today we unveil our inaugural list of Skills on the Rise in Human Resources, a data-backed ranking of the 10 fastest-growing skills that HR professionals should be investing in to get ahead in today’s world of work. Employee Communications tops the list, highlighting the importance of clear, effective internal communication as companies lead their employees through workplace changes.
