A walk down Fremont Street in downtown Las Vegas is actually several simultaneous strolls through the ephemeral, the historic, and immediate now. To be clear, there are several distinct sections of the street – partially enclosed with a digital ceiling and zipline – and other portions of historic and in the process of being renewed neighborhoods.

Contrasted to the rest of the southwest and rural Nevada, Fremont Street Experience has a loud and boisterous vibe . The renovated canopy lights up at night with shows designed to create neck cramps among the passerbys.
