In matplotlib, patches have two colors; facecolor and edgecolor.
So, try something like this

         arrowprops=dict(facecolor=((0.549,0.176,0.0156)),
                         edgecolor=(0.549,0.176,0.0156),
                         shrink=0.02,width=1,headwidth=6,frac=0.05),
