Specializing in croissants and sourdough, Seven4Two Bakery (various pop-up locations) may not have a physical storefront, but it does offer weekly pickups. Its sourdough cookie flavors include dark chocolate chunk and mac nut chocolate chunk. Both are made from a sourdough starter, then mixed with brown butter, chocolate chunks and macadamia nuts (for the Mac Nut Chocolate Chunk flavor). You Made This For Me (various pop-up locations) makes custom cookies from scratch that fit any theme. From holidays to favorite movies and everything local, this bakery makes the perfect iced cookie for any occasion. Popping up at public events — like Honolulu Makers Market at Ala Moana Shopping Center — the business makes standard-sized cookies (3 1/2-4 inches) and mini cookies (2-2 1/2 inches).
