Adding automation to your workforce is about thoughtful integration, collaboration and long-term strategy. In our latest whitepaper, we identify six key recommendations that help leaders navigate this shift: 1. Design human-friendly systems – Build intuitive interfaces that reduce friction and support adoption. 2. Connect systems end-to-end – Ensure new tools integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure. 3. Create infrastructure for human/machine teams – Redesign roles to leverage the strengths of both humans and smart machines. 4. Facilitate supervised independence – Automation still needs human oversight, especially agentic #AI. 5. Upskill and empower employees – Provide training and support to help teams thrive alongside automation. 6. Measure success beyond productivity – Track metrics like error reduction, engagement and satisfaction. ManpowerGroup Australia is proud to celebrate Managing Director Penny O'Reilly who stepped aside as President of the RCSA Australia and New Zealand this week, handing the reins over to Natasha Olsson-Seeto FRCSA. Having been a member of the RCSA Board since 2015 and President since 2023, Penny has been elected to remain part of the Board for an additional year as Immediate Past President (IPP), to ensure a smooth transition and support Natasha as she settles into the President role. On reflection of her time on the RCSA Board, Penny said: “What an incredible journey the past 10 years have been. I feel privileged to have served on the RCSA Board during a time of such positive transformation for our industry. Working alongside Charles Cameron, the RCSA Australia & New Zealand team, and the remarkable individuals who have shaped the Board over the past decade has been an absolute pleasure. Together, we shared a vision to elevate not only our members but also the reputation and true purpose of our industry. I am looking forward to continuing with the board in the Immediate Past President role, the first in the RCSA’s history, and I look forward to working closely with Natasha Olsson-Seeto as she takes over as President.” #LoveYourWork
We’re thrilled to share that Natasha Olsson-Seeto FRCSA has been elected as the new President of RCSA. Tash is a familiar face to many of you, a Board member for six years and a fierce advocate for our industry. We’re honoured to have her take the reins from Penny O'Reilly. It's been an absolute privilege having Penny at the helm of our ship. Her steady leadership, clarity and care have shaped so much of what we’re proud of today. The good news is she isn’t going far. Penny will remain on the Board for another year as our first Immediate Past President (IPP), providing continuity and supporting a smooth transition as Tash steps into the role. A big congratulations to Tash, and a heartfelt thank you to Penny for everything she’s brought, and continues to bring, to our community. #LoveYourWork
