fix the maximum number of morphTargetHEADdev
Amends, 04ddb0878ebc8590e7f68289b215fe07a36edcbe QQ3D is using texture arrays for morph animations and it can run the maximum number of morph targets supported in the GPU. Pick-to: 6.11 6.10 6.8 Change-Id: I9ac952eff45251c54a70df8648001011622d4fea Reviewed-by: Andy Nichols <andy.nichols@qt.io>
