The lrelease tool inherited the same std::system()-based architecture as
lupdate. If a .pro file is given, it spawned lrelease-pro as a subprocess
to handle .pro files.
This change extends projsongenerator with a generateProjects() helper
that combines generateProjectDescription() with readProjectDescription().
The lrelease tool now links against QMakeParserCumulative and processes
.pro files directly without subprocess invocation.
