After the refactoring that removed std::system calls and added
-dump-json options to the -pro tools, the documentation needed
updating to reflect these changes and properly document the tools.
This change adds dedicated documentation pages for lupdate-pro and
lrelease-pro, including their syntax, options, and usage examples.
The -dump-json option is documented as the way to generate JSON
project descriptions for use with lupdate and lrelease.
