For all of the unpaid work that family caregivers do for loved ones — valued at a whopping $600 billion in the U.S. — it may seem as if they would have a lot to complain about.

Would be a whole lot easier if we had the legal right to choose in advance based on health markers as to what we want to do .   I can’t think of a more important right to have.
