Video option on songs make playback stop

When I use the app and the song features a video, it will not play. I don't care about the video, but I want to hear the music. All I get is a message that says:

"Beklager, vi kan ikke spille av dette innholdet"

...no reason, no troubleshooting available.

To get a better understanding, could you let us know if you noticed when this issue occurred for the first time and if it was after something specific (an update for example)?

There's some steps to try if you've not already done so to test if they'll make a difference:

• Another network connection - you could share mobile data via hotspot if it's possible (make sure to restart your router as well).
• Clean reinstall which often helps resolve different performance issues.
• Download the app from our website or the Microsoft Store (they can have different behavior).
• Test if the behavior persists in the web player.
