RunBatchJob

  • The RunBatchJob RPC method runs a batch job using a RunBatchJobRequest and returns a long-running Operation whose metadata type is BatchJobMetadata.

  • Upon completion, the long-running operation will not contain errors or a response; instead, the results should be retrieved using ListBatchJobResults.

  • Running a batch job requires the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords OAuth scope for authorization.

  • The RunBatchJob method can throw various errors including AuthenticationError, AuthorizationError, BatchJobError, HeaderError, InternalError, QuotaError, and RequestError.

rpc RunBatchJob(RunBatchJobRequest) returns (Operation)

Runs the batch job.

The Operation.metadata field type is BatchJobMetadata. When finished, the long running operation will not contain errors or a response. Instead, use ListBatchJobResults to get the results of the job.
