tasks: template version picker is confusing #1057
Description
- to the common admin, it's unclear this is the template version picker. especially because most template versions are auto-generated or commit SHAs
- in the select dialog, the latest version isn't labeled as "latest" and its in the middle of the list
- it is not clear to admins that this dialog will only appear for admins.
This obviously needs some decision from product (or eng) on what an ideal design is here, but this is quite the papercut for the admin (and the admin will think this is a papercut for users, but I assume this picker is disabled for users).
