CModal closes if a mouseup event occurs outside the modal after clicking inside

Currently, if you click inside a CModal, drag the mouse outside of the modal, and release the click, the modal closes.

• No current duplicate, but this was fixed in the coreui-vue library. Potentially related commits can be found (1) here and (2) here.

• Chrome Version 117.0.5938.92

Able to reproduce with the "Live demo" component in the CoreUI documentation for the React Modal Component. A fixed version can be found in the "Live demo" of the Vue Modal Component documentation.
