Though every day is an opportunity to lift each other up, a day dedicated to them felt like the perfect moment to make them feel genuinely special. We began the morning by welcoming our colleagues with a Men’s Day card + a moment of sweetness, as they entered the office - a simple gesture that set the tone for a meaningful day ahead. What followed was even more heartfelt. Our female colleagues from across the organisation shared personal appreciation notes and inspirational messages as cards, dedicated to our male colleagues. These messages were pinned on our Hidden Wall, turning it into a space of positivity and gratitude. For our remote teammates, they shared digital appreciation cards, ensuring no one missed out. Imagine logging in and seeing a message written just for you - a small surprise that made a big impact. The smiles, cheers, and warm reactions reminded us why we’re proud to be part of a culture that believes in lifting each other up at every moment. Proud to be FE fundinfo. 𝗔 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁-𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵-𝗨𝗽 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 FE fundinfo India Today being Children’s Day felt extra special - not because of anything we planned, but because of what naturally unfolded. Our recent DMG outing brought together more than 120+ of our colleagues, and somewhere between the laughter and the games, we rediscovered something pure: 𝗪𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀. From playing rock-paper-scissors, running around trying to protect our balloons, dancing our hearts out, and mimicking iconic movie steps… to celebrating each other’s achievements through Rewards & Recognition, and finally unwinding by the beach - the day was a beautiful reminder of who we are beyond our roles and responsibilities. It was more than an outing. It was people coming together. It was culture celebrated in its truest form. It was the pride of being part of a Company that plays together, grows together, and stands together. 𝗢𝗻 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝘄𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁 - 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱𝗹𝘆. Our teams came together to showcase Five unique Golu displays, each built around a thoughtful concept — blending culture with creativity. Every team also performed a musical presentation that resonated with their theme, filling the atmosphere with devotion, joy, and inspiration. The celebrations concluded with a divine Ayudha Pooja.
