Canceling Service & Equipment Returns

You have the flexibility to change your plan or cancel your service whenever you want with no penalty.


Canceling your service

Here’s how it works:

  1. Call Consolidated at 1.844.YOUR.CCI (1.844.968.7224), and tell us what type of change you’d like to make to your service.
  2. We’ll identify all the Consolidated equipment you have—such as your WiFi gateway—and tell you which items you need to return to us.
  3. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, which will arrive at your home in 5 to 7 days.
  4. Pack up your equipment as directed and send it back to Consolidated.


Returning your Consolidated equipment

Return your equipment within 30 days of service cancellation to avoid fees for unreturned equipment.

  • Do not send the boxes to any other address.
  • Do not drop them off at any office location.
