Second arrest made in deadly Las Vegas stabbing in September
LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A second arrest was made in a fatal September stabbing.
Police said Nazzir Esserry, 25, was identified as a second suspect in a deadly stabbing that left a 46-year-old man dead. Law enforcement officials said Esserry turned himself in to police on Nov. 29. He faces charges of open murder with a deadly weapon and conspiracy to commit battery.
The arrest stems from a deadly stabbing that took place on Sept. 6 near the intersection of Harmon Avenue and Paradise Road, east of the Las Vegas Strip. Police said Yusuf Mosley, 46, was stabbed and pronounced dead at the scene.
On Sept. 22, law enforcement officials announced the arrest of Isaiah Pierce, 34, in connection with the death of Mosley. He was booked into the Clark County Detention Center, facing a charge of open murder with a deadly weapon.
Esserry was scheduled to appear in court Monday.
