Historic Westside’s Marble Manor getting major upgrades. Here’s what to expect
LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A neighborhood known as Marble Manor in the Historic Westside is getting a much-anticipated upgrade, and we now know a timeline for construction.
The City of Las Vegas shared images of construction now underway on Marble Manor. FOX5 has covered concerns from those in Marble Manor for years. They said the 80-year-old complex fell into disrepair and needed many upgrades.

Those living there got help to move to a new place while improvements are underway. The city says over the next 8 years, Marble Manor will grow from more than 200 units to more than 600 homes.
Construction on the $43 million development is expected to begin in January with an estimated completion in the fall of 2027.
