Use upper-cased suite names

#661 already adjusted some directory names to the default structure used by codeception v5.
However, suite names are still lower-cased which can cause confusion like in Codeception/Codeception#6644 (comment)

@TavoNiievez I noticed that some of the files touched by this PR are auto-generated. Codeception/Codeception#6909 I already fixed lower-cased suite names in codeception itself.
A new tag for codeception/codeception would be nice to get the documentation updated.

#897 is probably necessary as well since the ci job which publishes the documentation automatically seems to be broken.

@TavoNiievez I rebased and resolved merge conflicts.

As mentioned above a new tag for https://github.com/Codeception/Codeception would fix some auto-generated documentation as well.
