It was inspiring to connect with others dedicated to expanding access to stable and affordable housing throughout the Greater Boston area. Caritas Communities provides housing and holistic support for more than 1,000 residents across Eastern Massachusetts, helping prevent homelessness and restoring dignity, stability, and hope to those most in need. Our Tucson Fivers brought their energy and skill to the Maintenance Mania Convention, hosted by the Arizona Multihousing Association! Maintenance Mania is a full day of learning, connection, and friendly competition where service teams show off their expertise and creativity, including a pinewood derby-style race with cars made from maintenance supplies. It was such a fun day seeing our teams connect, compete, and represent Avenue5 with pride! 💚

What an inspiring few days at OPTECH 2025, RETTC’s flagship event, focused on innovative technology and forward-thinking solutions that drive performance across the multifamily industry.
