At this year's Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Awards ceremony, held at the American Museum of Natural History in New York last night, the fashion industry gathered for a glamour-filled evening of recognition, tradition and forward momentum. Jennifer Lawrence took the stage to present W Magazine Editor in Chief, Sara Moonves, with the Media Award in honor of Eugenia Sheppard. Lawrence introduced Moonves with a memorable line, describing her as someone “who dresses like Coco Chanel but has the work ethic of Genghis Khan.” Other notable award winners included Ralph Lauren, Thom Browne, Ashley & Mary-Kate Olsen, and more. The evening brought together a mix of influencers, and rising stars in the sports world for an intimate viewing of Game 3 of the WNBA Finals. Guests got game-day glam, snapped courtside-inspired photos, and cheered on their favorite teams. Coty

Just a few hours before the official start of #NYLONNights NYFW, EIC Lauren McCarthy gathered some of our nearest and dearest at The Standard Grill at The Standard Highline for an intimate dinner to kick off the night. It was there, tucked away in a private dining room, that you could find It Girls mixing with some of the Internets favorite comedians, rising musicians, and fashion’s biggest darlings. Get a peek inside McCarthy’s annual fashion week dinner with Meg Donnelly, Jake Shane, Pauline Chalamet, Delaney Rowe and more here: https://lnkd.in/eivw8ryt With thanks to our partners at Veuve Clicquot and Bloom Pop.
