Accurate long-term load forecasting is essential for planning and operating a reliable and resilient grid. Yet today’s rapidly changing landscape brings new variables that make forecasting more complex than ever. In a new T&D World article, our Director of Integrated Grid Planning, Julieta Giraldez, highlights how advances in forecasting—such as 8,760-hour modeling—can help planners understand load more precisely across every hour of the year. Learn how these advancements can help utilities evolve their processes and strengthen collaboration to keep pace: https://lnkd.in/eVb7KfAP

Our Panama office recently held a celebration for “Mes de la Patria” or Patriotic Month. Our colleagues enjoyed a small cultural gathering to honor these traditions, including a Panamanian breakfast and a presentation by a folklore ballet called Bailes & Alegorías Panameñas by Professor Aris Acosta. In Panama, November is a significant month filled with national holidays that commemorate Panama’s independence and key historic milestones. These celebrations are an important expression of cultural pride, unity, and national identity. For our Panama team, recognizing these dates helps strengthen connection, engagement, and a sense of belonging within the workplace. #GridoftheFuture #FutureofEnergy #OurValues #MesDeLaPatria

We’re so proud of our Founder, Board Chair, and Chief Vision Officer, Hala Ballouz, and the role she played on the opening keynote panel at Intersolar & Energy Storage North America (IESNA) yesterday! She joined Texas Senator Jose Menendez, former FERC Chairman Pat Wood, III, and longtime political analyst Doug Lewin for a powerhouse discussion moderated by Lynnae Willette on how Texas and the rest of the U.S. will navigate the next phase of the clean energy transition. “All of the challenges we’re facing require us to change the way we do things,” Hala said. “It's going to take a long time, but that doesn't mean it's not urgent. In the meantime, we need to maintain our leadership and energy independence. There is no place better than Texas and ERCOT for us to do that.” #GridoftheFuture #EnergyLeadership #RenewableEnergy
