I recently watched a public retailer that frankly had a pretty horrible customer service experience flip it on a dime Like so fast...it got me thinking, AI is a reset button There are brands that have invested so much for so long and pulled so far ahead, we all know them But this company, they had all the problems - limited hours, limited channels, hidden phone number, clunky bots, long hold time, unhelpful agents Until suddenly they didn't They nailed their AI execution - and now have 24/7 quality with ai & humans Leapfrogging everyone, just like that... The leaders today can wait, and play it slow, and stick to what got them to the top But as they say what got you here won't get you there, or keep you there, and they're slow-walking the key to next generation's crown 👑 Tough calls, I get it, but the safe strategy feels sorta risky Especially when the future is obvious
