This role is based in the northern Dallas area and follows a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office). If you love building relationships, understand the pace of the fashion industry, and enjoy being the go-to partner for your accounts, this could be a great fit. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼: • Serve as the key point of contact for major department store accounts • Build strong, trusting relationships with buyers and planners • Drive growth and hit (or exceed!) sales targets • Pull together presentations and product stories that help the business win • Travel to market as needed for buyer meetings • Ensure orders flow smoothly—from initial PO through delivery • Maintain stock levels, support reorders, and dig into the details • Use strong Excel skills to track, analyze, and support decisions • Manage pricing conversations and support negotiation • Work cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, production, logistics, and marketing to ensure flawless execution • Give each account a “white-glove” level of service 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿: • 𝟮+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (department store experience required) • Strong attention to detail and follow-through • Confidence in working with numbers, stock levels, and pricing • Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment • A relationship-builder with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset You’ll be joining a great team and a manager who is hands-on when needed and truly supportive.
