Knox County Mental Health Court and Recovery Court Judge Cerny hosted a Holiday Gratitude Luncheon today, where Holon’s own West Huddleston joined as a guest speaker alongside Judge Davis, Court Coordinator Vincent Smith, the county commissioner, and other key leaders. The luncheon recognized personnel and community partners who support the Recovery Court, Veterans Treatment Court, and Mental Health Court. Their leadership, compassion, and expertise make it possible for participants to pursue their goals and build healthier, more stable lives. For those who may not know: May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and November is Early Childhood Mental Health Awareness Month. These courts and professionals work on the front lines every day to help individuals and families navigate mental health challenges with dignity, guidance, and critical resources.
