When your General Manager’s last day falls on Halloween… there’s only one thing to do. We did our best to capture his signature style — and maybe his hair too (though he noted it’s not that grey). Jacquelyn Driscoll has been promoted to Loyalty and Guest Experience Manager, Since joining us as a Front Office Supervisor in June 2023, Jacqui has quickly advanced through several roles, most recently serving as Loyalty Ambassador and Guest Experience Coordinator. Her creativity and passion have made a big impact on our guest satisfaction and loyalty scores. Congratulations, Jacqui! Willow S. has been promoted to Group Sales Manager!
