Say hello to a new era of cooling! ❄️🔥 onsemi is rolling out EliteSiC MOSFETs in the T2PAK top-cool package to help engineers take on one of high-power design’s toughest problems: heat. From electric vehicles to AI data centers, rising power demands are pushing traditional packaging to its limits. That’s where T2PAK solves one of the biggest bottlenecks. By moving the cooling path to the top of the package, heat is pulled away from the PCB and straight into the system’s cooling infrastructure, enabling better thermal performance without compromising switching speed. Our new 650 V and 950 V EliteSiC devices deliver: 🌡️ Superior thermal efficiency and lower operating temps ⚙️ Reduced component stress for longer system life ⚡️ Higher power density and more compact system designs ⏩ Simplified thermal design for faster time to market Curious what top-cool EliteSiC can unlock for your next design? Dive into the details and explore the full portfolio at our website: https://lnkd.in/gBjaXKE6

Power electronics are entering a new era and going vertical. ⚡️⬆️ onsemi’s vertical GaN (vGaN) technology is redefining what’s possible in high-density, high-efficiency power systems. By moving beyond traditional lateral GaN architectures, vGaN opens the door to unprecedented performance at voltages up to 1,200 V and beyond. So what makes vGaN such a breakthrough? Instead of conducting current across the surface of a non-GaN substrate, vGaN channels power straight through a pure GaN-on-Gan structure. This vertical approach unlocks: ⚡ Ultra-high power density – more power in less space 🔥 Superior efficiency – lower losses and less heat 🏋️ Rugged performance – exceptional thermal stability and reliability 📦 Compact designs – smaller, lighter systems for EVs, fast chargers and industrial power Whether you’re building the next generation of EV inverters, AI power supplies or industrial converters, vGaN delivers the headroom and robustness needed for tomorrow’s power demands. Discover how onsemi's vGaN is powering the next leap forward in AI and electrification:  https://lnkd.in/gcMFjyBz

There’s no better way to kick off the holiday season than by giving back. 🍂🤝 At St. Mary's Food Bank, our marketing team jumped into action to help assemble Thanksgiving food boxes for families across Arizona. More than 30 employees formed a full assembly line, building boxes, packing essentials and loading nearly 1,300 boxes onto 18 pallets for distribution. Talk about teamwork. A big thank-you to everyone who volunteered. And we extend an even bigger thank-you to St. Mary’s Food Bank. As the first food bank in the world, they've provided hunger relief across Arizona since 1967 and their work continues to change lives every day. We’re honored for the chance to help fuel the amazing impact you make in our community. #weAREonsemi
