But the truth, as Julián and I discussed, is far more powerful: Living in a state of gratitude is the emotional cancel button for fear. In a rapidly changing world, the biggest barrier to personal and professional change is fear. Most people are too afraid to make a major decision or a big change. Julián's journey reveals how to overcome this, offering a unique Thanksgiving perspective: -The Gratitude Advantage: Julián believes that redefining success starts with feeling gratitude towards the path we have traveled.
