Soaring health care costs will shape virtually all employers’ health and well-being strategies in the coming year, Business Group on Health shared today in its 𝘛𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘞𝘢𝘵𝘤𝘩 𝘪𝘯 2026. Employers will need to disrupt a health care system that fails to meet the needs of employers and employees alike, to lower costs and improve patient outcomes.
