In support of the City of Minneapolis and ULI Minnesota, I was pleased recently to share research on the Uptown neighborhood and commercial district, with my colleague Carly Hanson. Thanks to our Systems Analysis and Policy team at SRF Consulting Group who assembled data to reveal foot traffic and multimodal transportation patterns (scooter usage shown), market activity and valuation, and other dynamics for the ULI technical assistance panel (TAP). Thank you Megan Flanagan, MBA, CAE, John Breitinger and Max Musicant for the invitation to assist this important effort.

Yesterday, we had a Brown Bag Lunch with David Peredo, EIT, Jeffrey Bauers, and Jacob Bransky from SRF Consulting Group. They discussed the CSAH 18 / 82nd St Project near the MN Landscape Arboretum and innovative, turbo roundabouts. These projects involved various interdisciplinary aspects which include improving the safety and mobility for all users. Thanks to the presenters and everyone who attended!
