Our 9th annual Build Joy holiday giving program is underway, and our team is bringing 10 meaningful ideas to life this season. One of them comes from Denver Office Manager and TM Ambassador Lisa Wise. To brighten the holidays for seniors in her community, Lisa is supporting the Adopt-a-Senior program, which creates gift bags for residents in senior care homes. She and the Denver team went a step further—crafting 147 handmade cards to add a personal touch to every gift. One in three families must choose between food and diapers. In North Texas, the demand is staggering at over 28 million diapers. Eager to help families in need, our Dallas division recently supported the HomeAid North Texas chapter with its first Builders for Babies event, helping collect and distribute more than 600,000 diapers, 1 million wipes and over 750 pack-n-plays. The effort was so grand that multiple 18-wheelers were required to deliver supplies to the 40,000 children who will benefit. This holiday season, we’re especially thankful for our team members and the many ways they show up for their communities. #ThisisTMLiving

Our team members are the foundation of Taylor Morrison. That’s why we’re excited to welcome Sandra Lamartine as our new EVP, Chief People Officer. Sandra brings nearly 30 years of experience across industries like building products, professional services, telecommunications and nutrition. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at The AZEK Company, an outdoor living product manufacturer. She previously held senior HR roles at Glanbia Nutritionals and James Hardie Building Products. Another successful monarch migration season is wrapping up, and this year's butterfly visitors have made their way onto the news. 🦋 Through our partnership with the National Wildlife Federation, we install permanent monarch butterfly and pollinator demonstration gardens in our communities. These gardens offer milkweed and water sources that support monarchs as they migrate south to Mexico for the winter. Our divisions in Denver, Houston, Tampa, Naples, Austin, Dallas, Charlotte, Atlanta and Sacramento have been featured in news stories on this topic.
