We talk with many small manufacturers who want to be certified, but it's expensive and takes time. Until the moment comes when they've grown enough The Customer, the big one they've been aiming towards, needs them to be certified. Quickly. Recently, Reconext found themselves at this moment. TMAC partnered with them beginning in February 2025 to rapidly design and implement a compliant QMS. And just six months later, they were recommended for certification. Direct Cost Savings: over $28,000 Retained Customer Sales: over $1,000,000 When that moment comes for you and your business, TMAC is ready to respond. Read more: https://lnkd.in/gf-kakwn

North Texas Manufacturers told us they needed to be able to sit down with local resource organizations so we reached out to our friends at Arlington TX Economic Development Corporation and said, hey, what if we made this simple? Got manufacturers and resources together in a room and let them actually talk? And since we both liked the idea, we decided to do exactly that. Join us Friday, January 30th for our Leadership Summit with discussion on real action items to improve our manufacturing ecosystem and then the Resource Expo with real conversations. Real action. Real conversations. Real solutions. Register: https://lnkd.in/gkciPQes

Tell us you're a manufacturer without telling us your a manufacturer. Company: We have 20 folks for a dedicated #YellowBelt class. Two months later... Company: We started a new project so here are five folks for the class. Manufacturing moves fast and employees make it happen. Working in time for training and investing in your employees success is a serious challenge. We understand. Start with five. Add five more. Then five more after that and five more after that. TMAC will work with you on timing. Be like this company. Invest in the future while innovating in the present. Our open enrollment Spring 2026 #LeanSixSigma classes are ready for you. AtlasIED, "You may not see us, but you've heard us." This fall, we've been teaching #GreenBelt classes on-site at Atlas IED. So we have actually seen them. They're amazing! Atlas IED manufactures the mass communication you hear when you fly. But they don't stop there. You hear them in healthcare, education, and corporations all over the world. From Ennis, TX to global businesses. TMAC is proud to be a part of building the future of manufacturing alongside innovative companies like AtlasIED. Together, the future sounds like success!

We made the switch. Intentionally, we stopped buying swag we could get online in a couple of days. Instead, we shopped around for American made products and North Texas producers. That led us to CFJ Manufacturing! They started out making fine jewelry in 1983 and now, they do it all. Including our #ModernMaker tee shirts. American made tee shirts and American printed design. Investing in North Texas manufacturers is worth it. We all benefit!

This month, we highlighted a few North Texas manufacturers in our Future of Manufacturing emails. #SmallBusinessSaturday meets hey, we make really cool stuff here. From fruit cakes to airline seats, you may not know it, but North Texas manufactures create your world. And those fruit cakes? You can buy them online locally from Collin Street Bakery! They bake other amazing goodies too. Read about how we helped them one pecan at at time too! https://lnkd.in/d-TXPdqg
