Soil is more than dirt. It’s life, connection, and possibility. Because when we care for the soil, we care for our future. Today, on #WorldSoilDay, our challenge to you is to think about the importance of good soil and to share gratitude to all who tend it. #soilandsoul

We had a great Top to Top with Harvest Table Culinary Group, a values aligned partner of ours, where we shared future product innovations and trends in the beverage marketplace. While together, led by curiosity and craft, their team created unique recipes using our entire product line, including our sodas, concentrates, and of course, our newest offering, Haymaker. We’re excited to see the possibilities that they’ll bring to the campuses they represent, like Wake Forest University, Denison University, Regis University, and more and how we continue to grow our partnership, rooted in soil and soul.

You may have had a Tractor Beverage Co. drink when dining at Chipotle, but the brand is about to enter an entirely new chapter.... Launching Jan 1 - Tractor's brand new haymakers will be in all Sprouts Farmers Market locations - partnering with the expanding natural grocer for a three-month educational endcap promotion so that customers can learn about the beauty of the haymaker - the farmer's tonic blessed with ACV and ginger - and the mission behind Tractor. Cofounders Griffin Barkley and Justin Schneir have farming in their blood and were always out on a mission to launch haymaker, but took the opposite route of entering food service for the first decade, including its fundamental partnership with Chipotle - but now feel ready, at the helm of CEO Kevin Sherman, "the reluctant CEO" who comes to Tractor after years in education - to make the Tractor brand more visible - which in turn will help support farmers and encourage organic farming for our soil and our soul. Calling Tractor a beverage company is the tip of the iceberg. Tractor is really embodied in the nonprofit it created, The Farmhand Foundation - lead by Whitney Clapper. Whitney is in the midst of a listening tour with farmers to understand what they need. Instead of pointing the finger, she grabs a coffee with them and drops any and all judgement. It was an honor spending time with the Tractor team at their Farm Camp in Ojai last month, where we connected deep with the earth and each other, really immersing myself to better understand what Tractor stands for. Many thanks to Sprouts' Chief Forager Kim Coffin to the insights on this special partnership - Duke Stump - for being the first person to greet me at Farm Aid 40 in Minneapolis where the haymaker made its entrance into the world - and to Chrystie Heimert - for being a comforting presence in this journey of connecting to Tractor and the spiritual haymaker. Back in the day, someone mixed vinegar, honey, and water and called it good. That humble mix became Haymaker, the original farmer’s fuel. Organic, lightly sparkling, and proudly transparent. We’ve brought it back, but, here’s the truth: you can make it yourself, because refreshment should never be a secret. Classic Haymaker Recipe: 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar 2–3 tbsp honey, maple syrup, or molasses (to taste) 1 liter cold water or sparkling water 1–2 tsp freshly grated ginger (optional, for a spicy kick) Ice (to taste) Lemon slices for serving Make it, make it yours, and tag Tractor Beverage Co. to show us how you Haymaker. Something’s Rotting—in the best way possible. 🍄✨ The latest issue of Tractor Beam is live, and it’s a must-read for anyone in the climate fiction, solarpunk, or soilpunkworld. Issue 3: SOMETHING’S ROTTING dives deep into the beauty of decomposition, decay, and renewal—exploring what breaks down and what grows from it. Curated by Claire Gustavson and Lana Z Porter, and guest edited by Patricia Kaishian, this collection brings together visionary artists, writers, and thinkers who remind us that every metamorphosis begins with some kind of breakdown. If you’re into climate storytelling, speculative fiction, or imagining the next world from the ruins of this one—Tractor Beam is one to watch. They’ve released three collections so far, each more inventive and grounded than the last, with more on the way. Soilpunks, solarpunks, and cli-fi dreamers—go give it a read. https://lnkd.in/eTEj8ZrU #Soilpunk #ClimateFiction #Solarpunk #Teachers

We took our Mad Farmer Tour to the MoMA PS1 and stopped by the Tubby Todd Bath Co. Playdate in Brooklyn, New York to have parents and kiddos try our newest offering, Haymaker. The feedback? Simple ingredients are a win in any household. We loved getting to meet families who wanted to learn more about the heart behind our brand and try our drinks, while little ones got their hands dirty in our play pit to learn how things thrive in healthy organic “soil”.

Last Thursday, we collaborated with Tractor Beverage Co. in their final leg of their Mad Farmers tour at the Flower Shop Rooftop in Tribeca 💚 Tractor has built a movement around transparency and better-for-you beverages, and we’re proud to have been part of their tour. Grateful to collaborate with a brand that truly walks the walk when it comes to sustainability and authenticity. Here’s to brands, like Tractor, making sustainability the standard, not the exception.
