Four years strong at Tribal One! Please take a look at some words from Dante Chaparro Vega I’m thrilled to be celebrating my anniversary, moving from Project Engineer to Assistant Project Manager, and reflecting on the incredible variety and impact of our work in federal construction. My biggest takeaway? The ability to be adaptable and jump into unknown territories. One week we're replacing 3MW mission-critical diesel generators at Schriever Space Force Base, and the next we're rebuilding the NPS entrance office or installing pedestrian bridges at the Rocky Flats Wildlife Refuge. We thrive on assembling specialist teams to achieve high quality, cost-effective results every time. But the projects are only half the story. I stay at Tribal One because of the culture—we are a team of high achievers, but always with a concept of balance and flexibility in mind. The high sense of trust, transparency, and communication ensures we always have each other's back. That level of support is what truly allows us to succeed. A huge thank you to the Tribal One team for the continuous growth, the incredible projects, and the occasional mountain adventure overseeing USFW sites (where you might spot a moose or an elk!). Cheers to many more years!

Ahead of Schedule at Rocky Mountain Arsenal NWR Tribal One is proud to announce the early completion of a recent rehabilitation project at Rocky Mountain Arsenal. Even while working in occupied facilities, our team delivered upgrades safely, efficiently, and ahead of schedule. The work focused on improving safety, energy efficiency, and overall functionality. Crews modernized lighting systems with energy-efficient solutions, refined electrical systems to meet current standards, installed new flooring for a professional finish, replaced deteriorated insulation, and ensured all areas were fully cleaned and restored. #TribalOneConstruction #FederalContracting #FacilityUpgrades #EnergyEfficiency #SafetyFirst #MissionSupport #NativeOwnedBusiness Check out the full details on our website: https://lnkd.in/gukHWtrY

At Tribal One, we don’t just thank veterans—we work alongside them. They’re project managers, engineers, safety officers, and problem-solvers. They bring discipline, clarity, and mission focus to every job site and every challenge. Veterans don’t stop serving when the uniform comes off. They just change the mission. Today, we honor their continued impact—not just in defense of our country, but in the infrastructure, innovation, and integrity they help build every day. #VeteransDay #BuiltByVeterans #TribalOne #MissionContinues #NativeOwnedBusiness #VeteransInConstruction #ServiceBeyondUniform
