Stress is unavoidable, but the way we respond to it can shape our wellbeing — and even our workplace culture. A recent study highlights the value of “If–Then” micro-plans: short, intentional strategies that give us a greater sense of control in moments of pressure. Examples: If I feel overwhelmed during work, then I step outside for 2 minutes. If a colleague is stressed, then I suggest we pause for a brief reset. Integrating these practices into teams and families builds resilience and normalizes healthy coping skills. 👉 How do you create small rituals of control in your daily life or workplace? #MentalHealthAtWork #Resilience #MindMatters #LeadershipWellbeing

TF-CBT is more than a therapy model — it’s a roadmap for healing. Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidence-based intervention that helps children and youth process traumatic experiences while actively engaging caregivers in the journey. Key components include: 📘 Psychoeducation — understanding trauma and its impact 💛 Emotion regulation — building practical coping skills 🧠 Correcting beliefs — challenging self-blame and fear 📖 Trauma narrative — placing painful memories in the past 🤝 Positive parenting — strengthening caregiver-child relationships Research shows that TF-CBT consistently reduces traumatic stress and depression, often within 12–15 sessions. The model empowers children and caregivers with skills that last far beyond the therapy room. At Victor, we are committed to equipping professionals and families with approaches like TF-CBT because we know that when children and caregivers heal together, communities grow stronger. 💬 For our colleagues in the field: how have you seen evidence-based practices like TF-CBT shape outcomes in your work? #VictorImpact #MindMatters #TFCBT #TraumaInformedCare #HelpingOthersSoar #EvidenceBasedPractice #FamilySupport

CBT is one of the most effective, research-backed therapies for children and adolescents. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy teaches kids and teens how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected — and how shifting unhelpful patterns can reduce anxiety, depression, school stress, and behavioral challenges. At Victor, our teams integrate CBT into daily practice because it is practical, evidence-based, and empowering: -Children learn to challenge negative thinking. -They develop strategies to regulate strong emotions. -They build confidence and long-term coping skills. CBT reminds young people that they have agency: by changing how they think, they can change how they feel — and how they show up in the world. 💬 For colleagues and partners: how are you using CBT in your work with children and families? #VictorImpact #MindMatters #EvidenceBasedPractice #HelpingOthersSoar #CBT #YouthMentalHealth

🌙 Waking up at 2 a.m.? You’re not alone. Night awakenings are one of the most common sleep challenges for adults. The good news: they’re often harmless — and manageable with a few mindful habits inspired by CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia). Here are a few small shifts that make a big difference: ☀️ Keep a consistent wake time — even after a rough night. 🕯️ If you can’t fall back asleep after 20 minutes, step out of bed, read, or stretch in low light. 📵 Avoid screens and stimulants late in the day. 🌡️ Adjust light and temperature for comfort and calm. These micro-habits strengthen your body’s natural rhythm and help prevent long nights of frustration. But if awakenings persist — or are paired with snoring, pauses in breathing, or daytime fatigue — a clinical sleep assessment may help. At Victor, we believe rest isn’t a luxury; it’s a foundation for mental health, focus, and resilience. Healthy habits start small — and grow stronger with awareness and care. 💛 Learn more about our mission to help others soar, and explore career opportunities where you can make a difference: 👉 https://lnkd.in/d3RBtsqT #MentalHealthAwareness #SleepHealth #HelpingOthersSoar #CBTI #Wellbeing #VictorCareers #LeadershipInCare #HumanServices

The recent loss of a young athlete is a sobering reminder that outward success doesn’t always reflect inner peace. In high-performance environments — from sports to workplaces — the pressure to appear strong can silence what truly needs to be said. Checking in is not a sign of weakness. It’s leadership in its purest form. One conversation, one honest question — “How are you, really?” — can open the door to connection and care. 💛 This week, take a moment to reach out to someone in your circle. A colleague, a team member, or a friend may need that reminder that they matter. #MentalWellbeing #TeamCulture #Connection #Resilience #HelpingOthersSoar #Leadership

Strategic Priorities 2025 brought together more than a hundred Victor leaders from across California to realign around our mission and strengthen the culture that inspires everything we do. We explored the future of care, the role of AI tools like Eleos, and the importance of data-informed systems. Yet the strongest message of the day was profoundly human: meaningful progress begins with honest conversations, shared purpose, and the willingness to grow together. A special thank-you to our CEO, Simona Cataldo, whose vision and leadership are guiding Victor toward a level of excellence and unity we have never reached before. Her commitment to people, culture, and purposeful innovation continues to shape Victor into an organization where mission and heart move together. We also want to express our gratitude to everyone who participated, presented, supported, or contributed to this event. Each person helped create an experience that was insightful, inspiring, and deeply meaningful for our entire community. When vision meets heart, real change becomes possible. Together, we continue helping others soar. 🦅💛

Did you know what you eat can shape how you feel? The connection between nutrition and mental health is backed by growing research: balanced meals rich in whole foods can improve focus, resilience, and emotional well-being, while high sugar and processed foods may increase anxiety and energy crashes. At Victor, we recognize that mental wellness is holistic — it’s not just about therapy sessions or crisis response, but also about empowering families and communities with everyday tools that nurture the body and the mind. 📊 Practical tip: Encourage your teams, classrooms, or families to try a 7-day Food & Mood tracker. Even small changes can create meaningful improvements in resilience and performance. Together, we can help communities soar toward healthier futures. 🦅 #MentalHealth #CommunityWellbeing #FoodAndMood #VictorSupports #HolisticHealth #HelpingOthersSoar

At Victor’s Strategic Priorities 2025 event in Ontario, more than a hundred leaders came together to reflect, reconnect, and realign around what drives us: our mission, our people, and our purpose.
