We are thrilled to share the incredible success of our recent book drive benefiting Children's Books on Wheels. With the generosity of our employees and the strong partnership with Howard Hughes Communities, we collected 645 books to support literacy and learning in our community. Children’s Books on Wheels provides free books and educational resources to children and families in underserved areas. Every book donated helps foster a love of reading and opens doors to a lifetime of learning. Our debut at the Daniel Energy Partners Permian Basin BBQ Cook-Off was nothing short of spectacular as we claimed the coveted Grand Champion cooking team title! The WES cooking team took that triumph a step further by donating the winning proceeds to the West Texas Food Bank, turning success into impact. It was an honor for the cooking team members to visit the food bank earlier this week and share the news of the donation. We are grateful for the support the food bank offers across 19 counties in West Texas, and hope this donation will make a difference in the fight against hunger. Thank you to the incredible WES cooking team for the top-notch food, beverages, and hospitality. We also extend our thanks to all the other individuals on our planning committee who worked hard to organize our first time at this event. Additionally, we would like to thank everyone who stopped by our booth to connect over the two days of festivities. Partnership and purpose are strong driving forces behind our mission, and this event was a powerful reminder that when we come together, we can make a lasting difference in the communities we call home.

At Western Midstream, leadership is not only a title but a commitment to growth, clarity, and collaboration. We were honored to host Les T. Csorba of Heidrick & Struggles at our recent leadership team meeting in The Woodlands, where he led a powerful conversation inspired by his book "AWARE: The Power of Seeing Yourself Clearly." Les challenged our top leaders to reflect deeply on self-awareness, authentic leadership, and the evolving dynamics of the energy industry. Additional conversations with CEO Oscar Brown and the WES executive team went even further, exploring what it takes to build elite leadership teams and sustain a culture that drives performance and purpose. As we continue to execute our growth strategy and deliver on our mission of improving lives through safe, sustainable, and efficient energy delivery, WES remains committed to fostering a strong leadership culture that drives this mission forward. We extend our sincerest thanks to Les for taking the time to meet with WES leaders and providing an opportunity for this insightful dialogue.
