MERCHANTS BEWARE I’ve been with Chase Bank since 1990 and deposited millions of dollars I’ve maintained at 8:50 credit score for decades. By always trying to do the right thing. When my mom died in 2016 she had a chase credit card that had $12,500 on it. I was encouraged by fifth third bank in Lake Forest where I bank also not to pay the credit card bill because I was not responsible for it. But this didn’t sit well with me, And at the time I couldn’t afford to pay it, so I sold my car to pay my mom’s credit card bill. We recently did a large transaction which we got charged 3.5% for taking the money out which came to $427.10. We decided to return the money to the customer to do the right thing and we got charged another $427.10 (Which is completely outrageous) totaling $854.20. I called Chase payment tech numerous times to reverse these charges off my account, and they refused. .Then when I went to the bank to get my merchant ID number, I was given the wrong number twice. I asked Merchant services to give me a complete ledger for the last two years, and they cannot provide it for me. Chase bank has no professional courtesy what so ever to help out over a 35 year customer . Chase bank also has no appreciation
