Let's not waste Q4 budget automating the wrong things! There is a trend happening in Brittany's client calls. We're watching it happen right now as overviews come in—teams scrambling to hit year-end targets, convinced that one more integration will finally make everything click. Here's what actually happens: You automate a broken handoff between sales and CS. Now bad data moves faster. You connect your CRM to 6 other tools. Now when something breaks, nobody knows which system is the source of truth. You build complex automated workflows around processes that 3 people do 3 different ways. Automation doesn't fix chaotic infrastructure. It amplifies it! Also when you automate you have to look at your core processes and infrastructure (tech and non technical) before implementation.
