Spotify login with forgotten password and disconnected from apple hide my email

My Question or Issue

I have my Spotify logged in on my Mac but accidentally logged out of my Samsung phone. I cannot remember my password and cannot connect with Facebook. I used apple email for my account but when I log in with the find my email for my Spotify account, I cannot receive the link sent through mail which was supposed to be on my apple mail. I verified that the find my email address is correct and still cannot receive the mail. I have accidentally removed Spotify access to my Apple ID so that find my email is now inaccessible. When I try to add new login methods, it says "something went wrong. Try again" and it repeats over and over. I still want to access to my account 😭
