Personal playlist cover art cannot be changed.

Trying to edit my playlist cover art, tried on both mobile and desktop app didn't work either way. Both are Apple devices, I'm not sure if that is the issue. Please solve

Hey there @adrienneblooms0126

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. We moved your post to the relevant Help board where it fits better.

Just to confirm, have you tried following these steps to change the cover of your playlist? If so, could you let us know if you're getting any error messages when you try to change it?

On another note, would you mind trying with other playlists as well to see if the same occurs? You can try with different cover images and check if the same happens with the cover you were having issues with on other playlists.

Keep us posted on how it goes.

Hi yes I couldn't find the help board to submit my query apologies for that. And also I have been able to upload my playlist cover art today when I retried again. Although the color of my playlist didn't change according to my cover art even though I quit the app and loaded it again, but this is just a problem on my desktop app, my mobile Spotify has changed accordingly. I assume it's a small glitch or maybe something on my end. So all in all, I guess problem solved? Thank you for providing such a prompt response!

*The first screenshot was the problem I faced yesterday, the second one is the playlist color problem.

Hi @adrienneblooms0126,

Thanks for the reply.

Happy to hear the playlist cover works now! Regarding the colour, it's likely this is something temporary just like the other issue, so give it a few days and it should update. If it doesn't, you can perform a clean reinstall on the desktop app to get it to resync again and clear any corrupted cache.

Hope this helps.
