I am looking to create an oracle that marks the solution states by checking the arrays entries(1 column and many rows) with a threshold. If the value in the array is greater then the threshold the oracle should mark that state. Note I have prepared the data before hand and the threshold is a 64 bit float and each entry in the array is also a 64 bit float. Could somone help me implement the code for this oracle and explain how it works? Thanks!
