  • This week, Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) spotlighted a notable trend in recruitment strategy, the rise of modular RPO, where organisations outsource only the parts of the hiring process they need. https://lnkd.in/gHnVWtfa It’s a flexible, scalable model that’s gaining traction as businesses adapt to economic uncertainty and evolving talent demands. 📉 According to SIA, the RPO market declined 14% in 2024, but modular RPO is emerging as a smart response, offering agility, speed, and targeted support without committing to full-scale outsourcing. This aligns closely with the observations of Tina Millis in an article published just last week. Based on RfX activity across Europe, Tina noted consistent themes in client needs: ⭐ Agility to scale quickly ⭐ Access to niche talent ⭐ Flexibility in delivery ⭐ Strategic support and tech integration Her article shows how these tailored RPO solutions are already making a real difference for our clients.     💡 Recently I’ve been thinking about how much talent needs are changing and it’s come up in so many conversations lately. It got me curious enough to go back through all our RfX requests across Europe to see if there were any clear patterns. And there were. Whether it’s 500 or 5,000 hires, the same challenges keep surfacing. It’s really confirmed for me the direction things are heading and what kind of solutions we need to be offering. ⚡ What really stood out is that while traditional RPO models still offer efficiency, they often don’t provide the agility, flexibility, or precision that today’s talent market demands. In my article, I explore how a more modular approach to RPO can offer a smarter, more adaptable way forward, helping organisations stay responsive and strategic without needing to completely overhaul their recruitment strategy.
