The most important thing I’ve learned working with automation tools: It’s not about replacing people, it’s about freeing them to focus on strategy. When I first started building automations in GoHighLevel, I thought the goal was efficiency. You know, fewer tasks, fewer hours, fewer mistakes. But here’s what I’ve realized over time Automation doesn’t replace your team. It empowers them. It takes the repetitive stuff, follow-ups, reminders, lead updates, off their plate… so they can focus on what actually drives growth: → Building client relationships → Improving offers → Testing campaigns → Innovating When you use GoHighLevel right, your automations work quietly in the background while your team does the thinking, the creating, and the connecting. That’s not replacement, that’s evolution. The future of business isn’t man or machine. It’s man + machine. PS. I’m passionate about working with AI-powered marketing teams that value initiative, learning, and growth. If you’re building something big and need someone who thinks ahead, stays organized, and keeps clients happy — let’s connect. #GoHighLevel #AutomationAgency #BusinessAutomation #MarketingAutomation #WorkflowAutomation #CRMTools

Automation scales your business. Authenticity scales your 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁. But here’s the catch — too much of either can kill your growth. 🤖 Too much automation? You sound cold. 💬 Too much authenticity? You burn out fast. The real magic happens in the 𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱: ✨ Automate the process. ❤️ Humanise the message. 📊 Let data guide you, not define you. In 2025, the brands that win won’t sound robotic — They’ll sound 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹, even when powered by tech. #DigitalMarketing #BrandStrategy #Automation #Authenticity #MarketingTips #InnovateWings #GrowthMarketing #BrandBuilding #MarketingThatWorks

How do you find the balance between automation and personalization in a professional services firm, particularly a firm like indinero that embraces the impact of technology? Client experience is about building trust, and I've learned this goes beyond personal outreach. A great client experience can include: > A seamless onboarding that uses Hubspot automation to provide process updates to clients, schedule meetings and track progress. > An intuitive and safe data exchange with automated reminders through the indinero Exchange. > Internal workflow tools that create engagement connectivity between sales, accounting, tax and client experience. > Integrated AI that streamlines processes and makes relevant data accessible and concise when decisions are being made. With 17 years in consulting, my DNA is hardwired to reach out, to personalize, to meet. I have learned to embrace the importance of leveraging automation to build efficiencies and automate routine work. My favorite part? It gives time back to our busy entrepreneurial clients and allows our team to focus on connecting, listening and advising as a true partner.

**Time-Saving Follow-Ups — No CRM Overload Needed** I’m really glad I had the chance to build a neat automation this week for a consultancy team juggling outreach across email and LinkedIn. They were struggling to keep track of leads: follow-ups slipped, messages got missed, and “just checking in” was draining everyone’s time. 💡 So we built a smart agentic workflow using **n8n**, integrated with **LinkedIn API**, **Gmail**, and a shared **Notion** dashboard. The workflow watches for outbound messages, waits for a specified number of days, and prompts for the next best action — follow-up, mark as warm, or close the loop. Instead of scrambling through spreadsheets and inboxes, their process now runs on quiet clarity. 🕒 Over 7 hours a week saved 📉 Fewer leads slipping through the cracks ✅ Clean pipeline, real-time visibility for the team I love when technology removes friction instead of adding complexity. If you’re using Notion, Gmail, HubSpot, or LinkedIn and still doing this manually — let’s chat. No pressure, just happy to explore ideas. — AgentCraft AI We build Agentic AI Workflows, Smart Automation Systems, and AI-powered Business Assistants. 📩 info@agentcraft-ai.com | Message us here on LinkedIn #AIAutomation #AgenticAI #n8n #WorkflowAutomation #BusinessOperations #DigitalTransformation #ArtificialIntelligence #ProcessOptimization #TechForGood #SaaS

Launching Our n8n Automation Series! | Tutorial 1 Live Now We’re excited to kick off a brand new series on n8n – the AI-powered workflow automation platform that’s transforming how businesses operate. Watch Tutorial 1 here: https://lnkd.in/d6Eabkyi In this first video, we’re starting with a simple yet powerful real-world use case from sales: 👉 Automating follow-up emails after a sales call We all know this scenario: You speak with a prospect, they show interest, and ask you to “send the details over email.” It only takes 2–3 minutes to draft and send that email, but when this happens 20+ times a day—it easily consumes over an hour of your productive selling time. That’s exactly the kind of repetitive task we automate using n8n. 🎯 What You’ll Learn in Episode 1: -What is n8n and why it’s creating a buzz in the automation space - How to set up a workflow from scratch - How to trigger an email automatically when a lead status changes - How to personalize emails using dynamic fields (name, company, etc.) - How to update your sheet/CRM automatically after the email is sent All of this—without writing a single line of code. 🔧 Why this matters: Automating just this one workflow can give you back hours every week… time you can now use to do more outreach, close more deals, and scale your pipeline. This is just the beginning! We’ll be covering advanced automations, AI integrations, lead nurturing, CRM syncing, and complete sales sequences—all using n8n. Drop a comment if you want me to cover a specific use case next! Jan Oberhauser Luis Guzmán #n8n #automation #salesautomation #nocode #AItools #productivity #workflowautomation #salesenablement

Here’s a quick look at one of my latest automations, “𝗗𝗕𝗥 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝟮: 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁.” This workflow is all about building meaningful engagement with leads automatically. It starts by checking when a trigger condition is met, waits a bit to keep the timing natural, and then kicks off a sequence that decides what to do next. If the lead hasn’t replied yet, the system sends a friendly follow-up after a short delay (1 day, 3 days, etc.), keeping the tone personal and conversational. But if they’ve already responded, the workflow instantly updates their record, assigns tasks, or moves them to the next phase, no manual work needed. Basically, it’s like having a digital assistant who never forgets a follow-up, ensures consistency, and keeps every conversation on track. Automation done right doesn’t just save time, it helps you build stronger, faster connections.

Small automation, big impact ❤️ Sometimes, it’s the smallest automations that make the biggest difference. Few weeks back, I built an n8n agent that quietly listens for every new user sign-up and creates a HubSpot contact and lead instantly. Before this, our marketing team had to chase lists, clean data, and manually import users just to start a campaign. - Now, the moment someone signs up, the record is ready in HubSpot — properly tagged, enriched, and visible to everyone. - No more spreadsheets. No delays. - Just a clean flow between Product → HubSpot → Marketing. It might sound simple, but it changed how our team works. Our marketing folks can finally focus on strategy and storytelling instead of data wrangling. And I love that feeling , When a small bit of automation quietly removes frustration and brings clarity. This is why I love building agents ❤️ they bridge the gap between people and systems. 💚 #automation #n8n #hubspot #workflowautomation #marketingautomation #aiagents #nocode #lowcode #growthmarketing #productops #martech #digitaltransformation #startuplife #processautomation #dataintegration #workflows #aipowered #saas #techinnovation #productivity #womenintech #qualityengineering #buildersmindset #QA

Ever wondered how much time you could reclaim if you ditched manual URL shortening? In today’s fast-paced world, automation is more than a trend—it's a breakthrough that can transform your daily workflows. I recently dived into URL shortener automation, a game-changer that takes long, unwieldy links and turns them into clean, trackable URLs without a single keystroke from you. Imagine having a system in place that instantly shortens every URL you create, automatically logs them into a spreadsheet, and even triggers alerts when a link meets a specific engagement threshold. That’s not just efficiency—it’s a complete digital workflow upgrade. From streamlining content sharing to boosting email marketing campaigns, automating URL shortening isn’t just about tidiness; it’s about driving higher click-through rates and gaining valuable insights that can steer your strategy. Picture launching your latest blog post or product update and knowing that behind the scenes, an automated process is ensuring your links are optimized, trackable, and ready to perform. This breakthrough isn’t confined to tech giants. It’s here for everyone—from solopreneurs juggling multiple roles to large teams managing extensive digital campaigns. Automation, powered by robust tools like Zapier, is leveling the playing field and letting us focus on the creative, high-impact tasks that drive business growth. The chain-of-thought here is simple: Why waste time on repetitive tasks when you can unlock efficiency, clarity, and actionable insights with automation? If you’re curious about how to deploy these advanced strategies, feel free to reach out. Need help fine-tuning your workflow or have questions about implementation? Three automation workflows saving our clients 15 hours every week. Workflow 1: Lead qualification autopilot Incoming leads get scored, tagged, and routed to the right team member in 2 minutes. No more manual sorting through 47 daily inquiries. Workflow 2: Invoice to payment pipeline From project completion to payment confirmation in 3 days instead of 18. Automated reminders, payment links, and follow-ups handle the entire cycle. Workflow 3: Content approval system Client reviews, feedback collection, and revision requests flow through Slack channels automatically. What used to take 12 back-and-forth emails now happens in one thread. The result? Our marketing agency client recovered 15 hours weekly. Their team now focuses on strategy instead of administrative tasks. Biggest surprise: The invoice workflow alone cut their cash flow gaps by 67%. These aren't complex systems. Each workflow uses 3-4 simple tools connected intelligently. What repetitive task is eating up your team's time right now? #WorkflowAutomation #BusinessEfficiency #TechTrends #AI #Productivity #BusinessGrowth #MarketingAutomation #SaaS #Rankue #Vonyex
