This year, our team took part in Franko IT Day for the second time, an annual IT event that brings together students, educators and industry professionals. Our booth sparked great interest from visitors eager to learn more about our company, products and career opportunities for young talent. The event was hosted at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv within the Faculty of Electronics and Computer Technologies. Our team hosted our monthly coffee morning at our Swindon office, with this month dedicated to the Macmillan Coffee Morning to raise money for Macmillan cancer support. These informal gatherings take place on the first Tuesday of each month and have quickly become a valued opportunity for our team to connect. Employees volunteer to bake or bring items to share, creating a relaxed space to catch up, celebrate milestones, and highlight both professional achievements and personal life events. We also include a light puzzle activity to encourage interaction and make the morning fun for everyone. Since beginning these sessions in May, participation has continued to grow, and they have become a simple yet meaningful way for colleagues to spend time together.
